Process Operator – 3rd Shift Location: Altavista, VA Pay: $16.00 / hour (Overtime Available) Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Full-Time Job Overview We are hiring a Process Operator (Tier 2) for a light industrial manufacturing facility in Altavista, VA. This full-time position handles product inspection, packaging, and record-keeping. We are looking for dependable candidates with relevant experience, but are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products. Maintain accurate production records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Work within standard manufacturing and clean-room environments. Execute daily operational tasks efficiently under moderate supervision. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar production or assembly role preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to facility procedures. Must be able to pass a background check.
