Position Title: Automatic Operator Department: Automatics – Small Flags FLSA Status: Hourly Reports to: Sm Flag Lead POSITION SUMMARY Produce a high quality product using the automatics machines sewing stripes, operating the machinery and inspecting finished material. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES General Duties · Ability to interpret work orders and produce accordingly · Basic computer skills are needed, advanced computer skills a plus · MUST have the ability to work overtime with little notice · Basic reading and mathematical skills needed · Ability to read and write English to complete work orders Behavioral Competencies · Strive to support and fulfill company goals and objectives. · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. · Ability to effectively prioritize work; ability to work with limited supervision and guidance. · Maintain a continuous effort to improve efficiency PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily · Ability to lift up to 30 lbs EXPERIENCE · Experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate EDUCATION · High School Diploma or GED preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Are you able to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs.?
