Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and a strong culinary background. As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and motivate a team of back of house and front-of-house staff Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally Train, coach and develop staff to achieve their full potential Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Complete administrative tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner Qualifications: Motivated, reliable, trustworthy and dedicated. Our leadership style is a hands on management, all hands on deck, which is expected from the owner on to those operating the hourly shifts. There is no duty too small. A strong culinary background is necessary, as at times, our leaders step in and assist in carrying the store through the off-season or peak season to assure service standards are met. Strong administrative and communication skills.
