Job Overview Join our team as an Off Hours Stock Associate, working from 9pm to 1am to ensure our store remains organized, stocked, and ready for the next day. Responsibilities Unload shipments safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of heavy items and produce. Organize and stock merchandise efficiently on shelves or in storage areas, maintaining optimal product placement for easy access. Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure inventory control. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including cleaning shelves, packing stations, and storage zones. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by preparing packages for dispatch or processing incoming goods. Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced. Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stocking schedules and address any issues promptly. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stock management is preferred but not required. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and RF scanners safely. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and standing for extended periods during shift hours. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customer needs. Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous. Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
