ICU RN - Flexible Shifts
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem ICU and Telemetry roles in Halifax, VA.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care hospital setting
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
• Following safety and infection-control protocols
• Educating patients and families about treatment plans and discharges
Qualifications And Skills Required
• Active Virginia RN license
• At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
