Manager of Branch Operations
365 Health Service, LLC is currently looking for a
professional Operations Manager to coordinate and
oversee our branch operations. The perfect Operations
Manager will implement company processes and
practices, as well as formulate new strategies to
improve branch performance. The Branch Operations
Manager will have a key role mentoring our team
members, finding ways to increase the quality of
customer services, ensure company compliance, and
take charge with the implementation of new practices.
Schedule -
Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm
Education -
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities -
-Consistently models and manages the company's
mission and philosophy of customer service and
compliance.
-Establishes and maintains effective channels of
communication within the office as well as with
clients and field personnel. (The Mandated Reporter
of the Office)
-Oversees office payroll and billing processes.
-Maintains and tracks all consumer authorizations
and eligibility.
-Facilitates communication with the office team to
work through any challenges.
-Ensures initial and ongoing compliance with all
applicable federal, state, and legal regulations.
