Internal Operations Associate
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting the Projects team by coordinating new residential construction projects. The Projects Associate plays a key role in the workflow by receiving approved estimates from external customers and entering essential information—such as lot number, neighborhood, and other qualifying data—into internal systems to create new jobs.
Position Responsibilities
• Receive information on jobs won by Southern Exteriors via internal and external software portals.
• Merge information on data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc… to create a new “Project.”
• Communicate and coordinate with other internal team members to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.
• Communicate and coordinate with Field Management team to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
• Update relevant statuses in database.
• Respond to sales team inquiries via email and phone.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
