Responsibilities
Meet with local families and business owners to assess their specific risks and provide thoughtful coverage recommendations.
Manage your own pipeline of potential clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure they feel valued and heard.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help our clients make informed decisions about their financial protection.
Collaborate with the rest of our office staff to streamline our service processes and maintain high standards of client care.
Keep an eye on industry shifts and new product offerings so that you can always provide the most relevant advice to our community.
Requirements
Current Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in an insurance sales or customer advisory capacity.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity software.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong ties to the Lynchburg area or a genuine interest in serving our local community.
