What You'll Do As an Assistant Program Coordinator , you will:
• Assist with the oversight and operation of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) while ensuring quality supports and meaningful daily experiences for individuals served.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists through coaching, training, performance feedback, and staff development activities.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight, documentation reviews, and medication administration compliance.
• Monitor program operations, electronic documentation, regulatory compliance, safety standards, fire drills, quality inspections, and incident reporting requirements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, part-team member, communication with families and community partners, and the maintenance of safe, clean, and compliant residential environments.

Qualifications Required: • High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of experience in human services or a related field
• Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Preferred: • Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses
• Experience in residential services, behavioral health, or developmental disability programs
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Schedule • Full-Time
• Flexible schedule based on program needs
• Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required
Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, twist, and climb stairs
• Ability to drive a vehicle and operate adaptive equipment and household appliances
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
