4x12-Hour Night Shifts (19:00 - 07:30) with variable weekends and every other holiday.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be adept at managing patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Provide care to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, including administration of oxygen and non-invasive airway management.
Care for patients utilizing isolation precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team with support from various specialties.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of charge experience in a nursing role.
Experience with a patient ratio of 6 patients per nurse.
Familiarity with charting systems is required; experience with any community hospital charting system is acceptable.
Valid RN license in the state of practice required at the time of submission.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
