Our client, an industry leader in recycling and warehouse operations, is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to join their team. As a Clamp Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring efficient movement and handling of recycled materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator
Location: Reading, PA
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
• Operating a clamp truck to move full bails around the warehouse efficiently and safely.
• Loading and unloading trucks using a clamp truck to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Sorting corrugated recycling and filler material into separate bails for processing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
• Following all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
What's Needed?
• Previous experience operating clamp trucks or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
