We're partnering with a leading global power solutions organization that supports critical industries worldwide and is looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner to help drive the future of its Salesforce ecosystem.
🎯 What You'll Do
✅ Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud product roadmap
✅ Partner with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic objectives
✅ Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog
✅ Define requirements, review user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria
✅ Collaborate with developers, architects, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions
✅ Drive release planning and support enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives
✅ Establish governance, standardization, and best practices across business units
✅ Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, business value, and platform success
✅ Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend new capabilities that drive business growth
🔍 What We're Looking For
✔ Currently based in Reading, PA or surrounding areas and able to go onsite 3 days a week in Reading, PA
✔Bachelors Degree
✔4+ years of Salesforce experience ( in a Product Manager, Business analyst or advanced Admin position)
✔ Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise
✔ Strong Product Owner, Product Management, or Salesforce Business Analysis experience
✔ Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
✔Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud ( combination of the three is highly preferred with Sales Cloud being a top preference)
✔ Ability to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions
✔ Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap management skills
✔ Experience working within Agile environments
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
