What You'll Do
• Install, diagnose and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades
• Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies
• Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of technical experience in the water industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role
• Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus
