Pay: $2,400/week
Contract: 08/24/2026 – 11/21/2026
Shift: 5x8 Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sonographer – Ultrasound for a hospital-based assignment in Lynchburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience, strong ultrasound skills, and experience working with GE equipment . Candidates must be comfortable floating between locations and participating in call, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Provide high-quality imaging and ensure proper patient positioning and preparation.
• Utilize GE ultrasound equipment .
• Apply echo-related skills as required.
• Perform EKG-related duties when applicable.
• Work across assigned locations and float as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow hospital procedures and patient-safety standards.
Requirements
• Prior travel experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• BLS required
• ARDMS and/or CCI certification required
• Echo skills/experience required
• Experience with GE equipment required
• EKG experience preferred
• Must be willing to rotate/float between locations
