Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assemble small parts, specifically capacitors, by accurately following patterns and diagrams.
– Perform soldering tasks using both machine and hand techniques as required.
– Maintain quality control standards throughout the assembly process.
– Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly efficiency and effectiveness.
– Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred.
– Familiarity with soldering techniques and equipment is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
– Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
