We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to serve as the connection between our corporate marketing strategy and the customer experience in the field. This highly visible role is responsible for executing community marketing initiatives that generate qualified traffic, support sales teams, strengthen our brand, and create memorable customer experiences across every active and upcoming community. What You'll Do Community Marketing Execution Execute approved marketing plans for active and future residential communities. Coordinate community launches, model home openings, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns. Adapt corporate marketing initiatives to individual communities while maintaining brand consistency. Manage community marketing assets including photography, floor plans, site plans, collateral, pricing materials, and displays. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure communities are fully prepared for customer traffic. Track project budgets, vendor expenses, invoices, and ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Brand Experience & Community Presentation Manage the execution and maintenance of community signage programs. Coordinate permitting, vendor management, production, installation, maintenance, and replacement of signage. Ensure compliance with municipal, HOA, and master developer requirements. Conduct regular audits of community signage, model homes, sales centers, displays, merchandising, and customer-facing environments to ensure exceptional brand presentation. Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Sales Partnership & Customer Experience Collaborate with Sales Leadership and on-site sales teams to support community success. Ensure sales teams have current collateral, promotional materials, pricing information, and event support. Regularly visit communities to evaluate customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement. Respond promptly to field marketing requests while balancing company priorities and brand standards. Community Events Plan and execute grand openings, model home openings, VIP previews, Realtor events, promotional activations, and other community marketing events. Coordinate event logistics including vendors, permits, signage, catering, entertainment, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution. Measure event success through attendance, lead generation, and sales engagement while identifying opportunities for future improvements. Market Intelligence Visit competing communities to evaluate signage, promotions, customer experience, merchandising, and local marketing efforts. Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and Sales Leadership. Identify opportunities to improve community visibility, traffic, and overall marketing effectiveness. Public Relations & Communications Assist with community outreach initiatives, media opportunities, press releases, and corporate communications. Ensure consistent messaging across presentations, templates, collateral, and branded materials. Technology & Process Improvement Utilize CRM systems, project management platforms, AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Office, and other marketing technologies to improve efficiency. Recommend new processes and technologies that enhance field marketing execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within homebuilding, residential real estate, or a related industry. Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in event planning, vendor coordination, and project management. Experience developing marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, signage, promotional materials, and branded communications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and editing abilities. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, project management software, and marketing technologies. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently between communities, sales centers, corporate offices, and events. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events.
