We're looking for a Full-Time Inventory & Supply Chain Planner to help ensure our ingredients and finished products are always available to meet customer demand. Full-time Day Shift Hours What You'll Be Doing As our Inventory & Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running efficiently by: Planning inventory levels for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure materials arrive on time Coordinating shipments with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and internal teams Scheduling inbound and outbound truckload, LTL, and rail shipments Monitoring inventory to balance product availability while minimizing excess stock Maintaining packaging and bag label inventory to support production schedules Processing receiving paperwork, invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips Receiving inventory into our ERP system and maintaining accurate records Working with suppliers to resolve delivery, inventory, and logistics issues Helping ensure our manufacturing teams have everything they need to keep production moving We're Looking For Someone Who Is Highly organized and enjoys planning ahead Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with vendors and coworkers Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Analytical and enjoys solving problems Comfortable working with numbers, inventory, and spreadsheets Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications Bonus Points If You Have Experience in purchasing, inventory management, replenishment planning, or supply chain Logistics or transportation coordination experience Experience with ERP systems Manufacturing, agriculture, food, or feed industry experience Don't have every qualification?
