Senior Cost Accountant Reading, PA $110,000 - $130,000 + Benefits & 10-20% bonus Direct Hire | Full Time | Manufacturing Must have cost accounting experience in manufacturing and be able to be in the office 5 days a week We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business in Robesonia, PA. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve product costing, inventory performance and manufacturing profitability. What You'll Do Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Support product costing, profitability analysis and margin improvement Partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain on continuous improvement initiatives Complete inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory variances Monitor inventory turns, aging and inventory accuracy Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions Develop KPIs, dashboards and manufacturing performance reports Support month-end and year-end financial close activities Provide financial analysis to support business decisions What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline 5+ years' cost accounting experience within manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and financial reporting Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ERP experience is essential (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Benefits $110,000 - $130,000 salary + 10-20% bonus Comprehensive benefits package Work directly with the CFO and senior leadership Opportunity to influence manufacturing performance and profitability Long-term career progression Apply Click Apply or contact: Sam Wild 215-999-6430 Reference: 2786 Commutable from: Robesonia, Reading, Womelsdorf, Lebanon, Myerstown, Sinking Spring, Wyomissing, Shillington, Hamburg and Kutztown.
