Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | $17.65/hr (Includes Shift Differential) We are hiring Manufacturing Associates / General Laborers to join a growing production team. No manufacturing experience is required—paid training is provided. Responsibilities Assist with manufacturing and production operations Load, unload, move, and package materials and finished products Operate production equipment after training Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate production documentation as required Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Support multiple production departments through cross-training Perform general labor and material handling duties as needed Requirements No manufacturing experience required—paid training provided Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn If you're looking for an entry-level manufacturing opportunity with paid training, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills, apply today.
