Both 1st & 2nd Shift Available What You'll Be Doing As a Production Team Member, you'll play an important role in preparing our products for shipment by: Packing finished products into boxes Operating a tape machine to securely seal cartons Stacking finished boxes onto pallets for shipment Rotating between packing and stacking positions throughout the shift Helping maintain production goals while ensuring product quality Participating in daily stretching exercises and following all safety procedures Following food safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets our expectations Assisting with inventory counts and other production tasks as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and shows up ready to work Enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in producing quality work Able to safely lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Committed to safety and following established procedures Previous manufacturing experience is a plus—but it's not required. If you have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
