Industrial Maintenance Needed (M-F) or Night Shift (12 hour shift) As an Industrial Mechanic in a geotextile manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of geotextile fabrics. Your role ensures minimal downtime, optimal machine performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Machine Maintenance & Repair *Inspect, maintain and repair equipment such as extruders, looms, needle punch machine, crosslappers, winders, accumulators, and heat bonding units. *Collaborate with engineers to optimize equipment layout for efficiency. *Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, manuals and diagnostic tools. *Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
