Packaging Operator – Night Shift Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect, label, and package raw materials and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company procedures. This position may require working in a cleanroom environment and maintaining accurate production documentation. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or packaging experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Label and package products according to work instructions and established procedures. Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damage, or packaging discrepancies. Verify product labels, lot numbers, and packaging materials for accuracy. Maintain production and packaging records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company quality requirements. Work in a cleanroom environment while following required gowning and contamination control procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift. Report product quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor. Support production goals by maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout the shift. Assist with replenishing packaging materials and supplies as needed. Perform housekeeping duties and support other manufacturing operations as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or assembly experience preferred. Experience working in a GMP or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
