Our client, a well-established, family-owned food manufacturer, is seeking a Class A CDL Transfer Driver to shuttle refrigerated trailers between their local facilities. This is a straightforward, local transfer position—no long-haul routes or customer deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDL driver looking for steady hours, consistent routes, and long-term stability with a respected company. Schedule Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Approximately 30% Saturday work Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with refrigerated (reefer) trailer Shuttle finished food products between the company's Hamburg and Leesport facilities Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete required DOT logs and transportation paperwork Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Assist with moving product in refrigerated storage areas when needed Load and unload product as required Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly Maintain a professional, safety-first attitude Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience Previous reefer trailer experience required Clean driving record Ability to work in freezer and refrigerated environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening Why Apply?
