We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and mobility programs. Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatment sessions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards. Great reasons to become an APT Physical Therapist Assistant - Annual salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per year for a Physical Therapist Assistant to treat in an Outpatient setting in Appomattox, VA. Additional Compensation - $5000 Structured Sign on Bonus. Mileage reimbursement $$ when traveling outside of your base location. Schedule - Some shifts 7 AM - 3PM and 2 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM, each week. We close early on Fridays.
