Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Occasional Wednesday hours may be available with advance notice.
No on-call responsibilities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a well-established private dental practice committed to delivering comprehensive, relationship-based care. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and working collaboratively with a dedicated clinical team. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, advanced technology, and long-term oral health through personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality preventive dental hygiene care and patient education.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, dental cleanings, and other hygiene procedures.
Review medical histories, vital signs, and update patient records accurately.
Collaborate closely with the dentist to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care recommendations.
Utilize advanced dental technology to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using dental practice management software.
Follow all infection control, sterilization, HIPAA, and radiation safety protocols.
Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License .
Current Radiation Safety certification or continuing education as required by the state.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive dental care.
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, dental terminology, and clinical documentation.
