Qualifications: Unrestricted LPN licensure, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance or access to transportation.
Preferred Skills: CPR certification, home care experience, multitasking, independence, strong communication and organizational skills, flexible hours.
Compensation & Benefits: Total pay ranges from $54,324 to $81,487 annually, combining per visit point and hourly pay based on productivity and performance. Benefits include comprehensive packages, recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401k.
