Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN
The LPN is responsible for applying the nursing process and providing patient care in psychiatric or community settings, with supervision from a Registered Nurse and collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities include: making clinical judgments, delivering effective care, and ensuring patient well-being in mental health environments.
Qualifications
• Current LPN license in the assigned state
• Preferred 1 year experience in psychiatric care
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate as per regulations
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Minimum age of 18 years
