Physical Therapist (Up to $5K Bonus + Student Loan Repay)
We are seeking a
licensed Physical Therapist
to provide
one-on-one
care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing
individualized treatment plans
, delivering evidence-based therapy to improve
mobility, independence, and quality of life
, and documenting care within our EMR system.
They will collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team
of healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers on safety and aging-in-place strategies, and incorporate
telehealth
when appropriate to enhance access and flexibility.
Qualifications include a valid
PT license
, basic computer skills, CPR certification, and physical ability to perform in-home care tasks such as lifting, repositioning, and assisting with transfers.
