Axcess pays 100% of employee Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance! What You'll Do Install, set, align, and repair industrial machinery and conveyor systems. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment. Assist with machinery installations, equipment relocations, and startup projects. Fit piping for welders and install threaded and plastic piping systems. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Follow OSHA, customer, and Axcess Industries safety standards on every job. Work independently and as part of a skilled industrial team to deliver quality workmanship. What We're Looking For Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar industrial mechanical role. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience. Experience working with conveyors, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery. Ability to fit pipe for welding (welding experience is a plus but not required). Experience installing threaded piping and plastic piping systems. Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Valid driver's license preferred. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Axcess Industries is a drug-free workplace.
