Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate timely orders with suppliers. Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment. Collaborate with sales and service departments to meet customer needs and expectations. Analyze departmental performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven experience in parts management within an automotive dealership or similar retail environment. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and supply chain management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive management is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation with a base salary plus commissions, ranging from $60,000 - $120,000+ per year, paid semi-monthly.
