About the Role We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join a dynamic production team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in MIG and TIG welding to transform raw materials into high-quality components, directly impacting the efficiency and output of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Execute precise MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques to assemble complex metal components. Interpret technical blueprints and fabrication drawings to ensure parts meet exact project specifications. Optimize welding equipment performance by managing machine settings and conducting routine maintenance. Verify the structural integrity and quality of finished welds through rigorous inspection processes. Contribute to a high-output environment by assisting with general fabrication and assembly tasks. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to PPE requirements and maintaining an orderly workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Proven proficiency in industrial welding processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick). Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics. Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending, in a production setting. Commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and a professional work ethic. Preferred Skills Experience working with precision measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers. Prior experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication or manufacturing facility. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and quality control.
Salary: $17.10 - $29.70 an hour
