Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures. Respond to and resolve guest requests, including wake-up calls. Run daily reports (arrivals/departures), identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Count and secure bank deposits. REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to work independently with little to no supervision · Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time · Friendly and personable attitude is a must · Intermediate computer skills, basic math skills, key card locking system skills needed -Weekends required EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school degree or equivalent or a combination of education and experience. Previous hotel and/or front desk/receptionist experience preferred. Familiarity with OnQ PM system is a strong plus.
