This position involves operating a roll-off truck to service commercial, industrial, and construction customers throughout the local area. Position Overview The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, exchange, and removal of roll-off containers while providing excellent customer service. Candidates with roll-off experience are strongly preferred; however, we are willing to train an experienced CDL driver with a strong work ethic and safety record. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class B CDL roll-off truck Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Complete route and service documentation accurately Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel Ensure truck and equipment are kept clean and well maintained Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Qualifications Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record Roll-off experience preferred, but not required Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check Strong commitment to safety and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Compensation & Benefits $23.00 to $26.00 per hour , based on experience Steady, year-round local work Home daily Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 10 days of paid vacation during your first year Well-maintained equipment Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and advancement Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
