What You'll Do Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders Help maintain our serialized instrument inventory, including annual physical counts and routine cycle counts Fulfill daily rental orders — ranging from 30/day to 800+ during peak season Process daily returns of rental instruments Support seasonal bulk truck deliveries Coordinate instrument loaner sets for events and school needs Assist with UPS and pallet shipping logistics Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Provide general operational support — unpacking, organizing, and preparing instruments and materials Lend a hand with facilities upkeep and general maintenance as needed What You Bring A service mindset, dependable and ethical behavior, a positive attitude, and a team-first approach Strong organizational, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills The ability to multitask and stay efficient under pressure Comfort working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to put in extended hours during peak seasons Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Nice to Have Familiarity with band and orchestra instruments The Details Full-time, 40 hours/week — 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Seasonal overtime (primarily June, September, and October), which may include evenings Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO Compensation commensurate with experience For the right person, this role is a launchpad — a chance to build deep expertise in inventory, logistics, and instrument care while growing alongside a company that's been a cornerstone of music education for over a century.
