Overview: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. SHIFTS ARE 6AM-2PM OR 2PM-9PM Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve food and beverages promptly - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Upsell additional products when appropriate Requirements: - Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred - Knowledge of food industry practices and guest services - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently - Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice-to-Have Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant setting - Familiarity with food preparation techniques Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your customer service skills will shine, and you can grow in the hospitality industry.
