Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Oversee hiring processes such as interviewing and recruiting new employees to build a strong team. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Handle purchasing, pricing strategies, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings. Ensure accurate cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and compliance with company policies. Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives to minimize shrinkage. Implement marketing strategies within the store to increase traffic and sales performance. Maintain excellent communication with staff through managerial communication skills and organizational oversight. Manage shift schedules, supervise cashiering activities, and uphold high standards of customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervisory roles in sales teams or store environments. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational management tools. Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and basic financial analysis. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team management and managerial communication skills. Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is a plus; familiarity with retail store product knowledge is beneficial. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and operational efficiency.
