In this role, you'll transport residents to appointments, errands, and community outings, assist with resident activities, and work closely with the care team to ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalized service. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, flexible hours Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to scheduled destinations. Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle. Maintain a clean, fueled, and safe company vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Report accidents, violations, or vehicle maintenance needs. Communicate resident concerns with supervisors. Attend required training and meetings. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude toward older adults. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
