We seek an Affordable Housing On-Site Management. Position Summary: HUD Section 8 Project-Based Low-Income Housing Community On-Site Management. Depending on the apartment community, we may require “working management” at our smaller properties, or an attention driven manager for our larger properties. More information available upon request. Capabilities & Competence: Affordable and/or Senior Housing experience greatly desired. HS Diploma & 4-year College Degree. Or, some College and combination of Affordable and/or Senior Housing experience. Pleasant Personality and ability to understand the challenges of employees, and residents. Practicality. The On-Site Management is responsible for the daily operations of the properties, maintaining the physical asset and overall performance of the property. The ideal Candidate has accounting, marketing experience, supervisory skills, personable. Affiliations with IREM CPM®, ARM®; NYS Real Estate Broker/Salesman license a plus. The candidate will have previous apartment community experience, supervisory, administrative, personnel, fiscal, marketing/leasing, working knowledge of on-line property management software and basic understanding of maintenance. Must have HUD & Section 8 experience. Tax Credit experience is a plus. Must Haves · Valid Drivers Driver’s License · Ability to respond to property 24/7 if needed.
