firstPRO is seeking an experienced IT Business Operations Analyst to support our clients growing enterprise IT organization. This individual will partner closely with IT leadership, finance, procurement, and technology vendors to oversee IT financial operations, vendor management, procurement activities, portfolio reporting, and investment planning. Location: Wyomissing, PA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week) Key Responsibilities Partner with IT leadership to manage technology investments and operational planning. Support enterprise IT portfolio management across multiple initiatives and projects. Manage vendor relationships, including Statements of Work (SOWs), contract tracking, and performance monitoring. Coordinate technology procurement activities and purchasing processes. Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure contract compliance and financial accuracy. Develop budget forecasts and perform budget vs. actual variance analysis. Build financial models to support technology investment decisions and strategic planning. Produce executive-level portfolio, financial, and operational reporting. Collaborate with technical teams, finance, procurement, and executive leadership to support enterprise technology initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve IT business operations, governance, and financial processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT organizations. Experience with IT portfolio management and enterprise technology initiatives. Strong technology vendor management experience. Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs). Knowledge of technology procurement processes. Experience validating vendor invoices and managing technology-related financial operations. Budget forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis experience. Technology investment planning and financial modeling expertise. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables XLOOKUP Financial modeling Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Power BI or Tableau experience. PMO or Project Management Office experience. IT Business Operations experience. IT governance knowledge. Software licensing management.
