We're currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support Early Intervention and preschool-aged students throughout the Reading, Pennsylvania area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services in community-based preschool and daycare settings while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. If you enjoy play-based therapy, early language development, and helping young children build foundational communication skills, we'd love to connect with you. About the Opportunity This full-time, onsite position serves children 3–5 years old across several community-based organizations (CBOs), including preschools and daycare centers throughout the Reading area. Site assignments will be discussed during the interview process. You'll provide speech-language services within children's natural learning environments using play-based intervention strategies and collaborative, classroom-based service delivery. Position Details Location: Reading, Pennsylvania Schedule: Full-Time Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM 30-minute duty-free lunch Stretch calendar schedule (year-round with breaks embedded throughout the year) Services provided across multiple preschool and daycare sites in the Reading area Students commonly present with: Language delays Developmental delays Autism spectrum disorders Other early childhood communication needs Experience with play-based therapy and push-in service delivery is highly valued.
