Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network has an immediate need for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to split time between out outpatient sites in Hamburg and Kutztown, PA . The ideal candidate would have experience and interest in working with the adult population, as well as experience working as part of a multidisciplinary care team. We need an SLP-CCC for this role, as this will be a new service line for the Kutztown site. JOB SUMMARY: The Speech Language Pathologist provides rehabilitative services to patients/clients who have reduced communicative function in a Home Health setting. Improve functional communication, provide patient/family education and serve as a resource for community services. HOURS: 40 hours/week Vary between 8:00AM - 7:00PM; 2 evenings per week REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. Related experience as a student or practicing clinician preferred. Minimum of one year experience in outpatient preferred. Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech and Hearing Association and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. CFY candidates considered as appropriate. Valid CPR certification at hire ***Important Note: Good Shepherd is a drug free work environment.
