PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer in Myerstown, PA! We are now hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians who are team players, versatile, and dependable. This role is a DIRECT HIRE . Maintenance Technician Job Summary Pay rate: up to $35/hr Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a metal casting/manufacturing environment Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns as the Maintenance Technician keeping production running Coordinate with department heads and outside suppliers to resolve plant maintenance issues, working safely on the floor Maintenance Technician Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance experience on plant mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic equipment Experience with voltmeters, gauges, thermocouples, PLCs, and HVAC 480V/3-phase electrical circuitry experience, plus forklift and personnel lift operation/repair Knowledge of boilers and pressurized equipment; metal casting process knowledge (welding, melting, finishing) is a plus Able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 100 lbs Why PROMAN Staffing?
