Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate Location: Reading, PA Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a dependable Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Reading, PA. This position combines local CDL driving with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You'll spend part of your day making deliveries and material pickups while also supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Safely operate a company truck to make local deliveries to customers. Pick up raw materials from suppliers and transport them to the manufacturing facility. Move trailers throughout the facility as needed. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization. Prepare finished products for shipment, including shrink wrapping and staging materials. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license required. Clean driving record with the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles. Previous truck driving experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. Warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic math and measuring skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Comfortable working in both warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to work in varying temperatures throughout the year. Ability to safely perform physical work during an 8+ hour shift. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
