This hands‑on role is critical to delivering high‑quality products and keeping production running efficiently. Schedule ✅ 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule ✅ 12‑hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (days) 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (nights) ✅ Built‑in overtime and consistent days off What You’ll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for end‑of‑line operations and quality control: Operate and monitor cutter and/or grinder equipment at the end of the production line Manage scrap, finished product, and material flow to the warehouse Perform end‑of‑line SPC quality tests every 30 minutes Complete LT% checks every 15 minutes and make adjustments as needed Identify sheet or material defects and communicate issues quickly Make production adjustments including length, width, tape, PE, and barcode changes Perform pallet changes and maintain accurate inkjet messaging Enter production orders and data into SAP Complete required paperwork and follow all safety and process standards Work closely with the Line Manager and production leadership What We’re Looking For ✅ Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/production role ✅ Basic understanding of plastic manufacturing or similar processes preferred ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ✅ Ability to follow SOPs, document results, and work independently ✅ Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
