Duties Assist lead teachers in planning and executing educational activities aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support children with daily routines such as meal times, diapering, and nap schedules in accordance with health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behaviors, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Support classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills development Skills Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development instruction Experience working with children, especially in preschool or daycare settings Child supervision skills with a focus on safety and attentive caregiving Familiarity with pediatric first aid, CPR, and basic first aid procedures Ability to implement classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety Childcare experience including nannying or babysitting is highly valued Ability to adapt quickly to different children's needs and foster an inclusive learning environment Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and inspiring early childhood development.
