What You'll Do Process high-volume vendor invoices Perform 3-way matching Reconcile vendor statements Research invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries Maintain AP records and digital files Process employee expense reports Assist with other accounting duties as needed What We're Looking For 1-4 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience or a recent Accounting/Finance/Business graduate with strong internship or relevant work experience Experience with high-volume invoice processing preferred ERP experience (Great Plains, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Epicor, Sage Intacct, or similar) Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new systems Strong communication skills with a positive, team-first attitude Bonus Points For: Automotive or retail industry experience Multi-entity accounting experience AP automation/OCR software experience Compensation & Schedule $21-$23/hour (up to $24/hour based on experience) Temp-to-hire opportunity Monday-Friday | 8:00/8:30 AM - 5:00/5:30 PM Fully on-site in Birdsboro, PA If you're looking for a company where you can grow your accounting career and make an impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
