Job Objective: The General Manager leads and manages all school staff in upholding Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values and brand standards in order to provide customers with consistent, quality swimming lessons and provide excellent customer service in a safe and welcoming environment. Become comfortable navigating our Point-of-Sale and CRM platforms Ensure facility safety and cleanliness Manage daily school operations for provide efficiencies, revenue growth, and retention of customers and staff Handle customer complaints gracefully by using customer-focused principles in every customer interaction In partnership with the Office Manager and Aquatics Manager, create a capable team of Water Safety Instructors (WSI) that embody our core values and provide an exceptional experience to students and parents. Create a capable team of Front Desk/Sales staff that embody our core values and provide an exceptional experience to students and parents.
