We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing independent insurance agency. If you're someone who enjoys developing business, building lasting client relationships, and helping businesses protect what they've built, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
• Develop new commercial insurance accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs, identify exposures, asses total risk and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
• Build partnerships and rapport with agency appointed carriers.
• Meet and exceed new business production goals.
What We're Looking For
• Prior sales experience.
• Previous commercial insurance sales experience preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to generate your own pipeline and close new business.
• Strong business development mindset with the understanding of the activity needed to drive new business.
