Corporate Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support enterprise hiring initiatives by proactively sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across a variety of functions.
The ideal candidate is a strong full-cycle recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities who enjoys building passive talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates before roles are officially opened. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to maximize sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on passive candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Recruit primarily for IT and Technology positions while remaining flexible to support hiring across other functional areas as business needs evolve.
• Develop talent pools for anticipated hiring demand, including roles not yet formally opened.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market availability.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience required.
• IT/Technology recruiting experience preferred, but candidates with diverse recruiting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Comfortable leveraging AI recruiting tools to enhance sourcing and screening efforts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
