Job Description As a LocalDriver with Lazer Logisticsyou'll operate predictable, short-haul routes within a 50 mile radius. This role is designed for drivers who want consistency, daily home time, and minimal stress without long over-the-road routes or excessive stops.
This is one of the most consistent and predictable CDL jobs available. You know where you are going, what you are doing, and when your day starts and ends. If you are looking for a CDL job that offers consistency, predictability, and a better day-to-day driving experience, this is it!
What You Can Expect
• Home daily with a consistent schedule
• Local shuttle routes
• No touch freight
• No retail or customer deliveries
• Steady, repeatable work with assigned routes
• Predictable hours and reliable pay
Pay and Benefits
• $25.00 per hour starting pay
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Weekly pay
• Referral bonus up to $2,000

Job Responsibilities
• Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors
• Perform drop and hook operations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving and FMCSA Clearinghouse record
• Must Be Flexible
• Acceptable background check
• Experience operating tractor-trailers
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
